Objective

1. Develop a timeline and plan for a software project
2. Develop a completion plan for a software project

Assignment

You will develop a plan and timeline for the completion of all the necessary components of the software project. The required class elements of the project are;
1. Technical Documentation – includes description of all interfaces, databases, code and large scale overview of project technical elements (including security model)
2. Complete System – The actual running system and any automated user test suites.
3. System Documentation – All documentation that would be used by end users, this can be built into the system or separate documentation (or both).

To develop a project completion timeline you simply need to document what must be completed by when to stay on timeline for a completion by the end of the semester. This submission can be as simple as a spreadsheet or table with elements and dates.

Additional Information

At this point you should be entering the final phases of your project. Here are some of the elements that would be in a project plan for Phase I (early phases) and Phase II (completion phases of your project. You should include as many as are applicable in this submission.
