One of the first steps of any project is to develop use case scenarios. You did this in CEN3722 Human Computer Interfaces. This will all go into your documentation. So here are some steps.
Step #1 – Define Documentation Master Document – The master document of your documentation will make the management of your documentation much easier. The master document should contain a brief description and links to your other documents.
Step #2 – Use Case Scenarios/Task Analysis – I highly recommend that this be a separate document linked from your master document. These will be the same as you completed for the CEN3722 class. This should help you get the concepts and objectives of your application into documentation. It should help you figure out exactly what it is you need to code into the software.

These are not complex. They should help you and others better understand the application and are an important step prior to developing the application.
